Dinner in the Hunter Valley this Winter
When it comes to enjoying a great dinner in the Hunter Valley, Il Cacciatore is the place to be. Serving a delicious new winter menu full of hearty, generous sized Northern Italian meals and here’s a sneak peek of some tempting dishes on offer.
Winter warmers at Il Cacciatore
To start, we recommend the deep-fried crumbed mozzarella with warm tomato, olive and spinach salad. For your main, enjoy confit duck maryland on mushroom risotto with roasted cauliflower, crispy sage and Nebbiolo duck jus. Or the equally exquisite chilli-garlic prawns and pancetta with baby spinach, mascarpone polenta and caper-cream sauce. Then for something sweet, there’s chocolate-nutella ravioli with milk chocolate sauce and hazelnut gelato or a comforting roasted apple, pear, and rhubarb crumble with salted oat-ginger crumb, crème anglaise and mascarpone cream.
The new winter menu is full of flavour and won’t disappoint. You can check out the complete winter menu here.
